As Admin, you are able to invite new users to your platform.


From Backoffice, on the Users Tab you will be able to invite new users individually or import from a list.

Insert new users email, select the new users role (Participant, Host or Admin) and select access groups.

Would you like to Import a New User's List? Sure!

Download the .csv file template.

Upload the new user's list, select the role role (Participant, Host or Admin) and select access groups.

All invited users will receive an email invitation.
New user just need to click on the "Register Now" button from their email invitation to create their account and access the platform.
