Users can quickly log in using their company code or invitation link, view and organize sessions, participate in live meetings, chat with peers, and access learning materials — all within a single, intuitive interface.
The app also offers a built-in calendar for managing schedules, real-time notifications, and personalized profile settings to enhance productivity and user experience.
The main purpose of the 2BeLive mobile application is to facilitate real-time audio and video communication, allowing users to connect, collaborate, and learn effectively from anywhere.

Screen Overview:
This is the first screen that appears when you launch the 2BeLive app. It allows both registered and first-time users to access the platform.

For Registered Users
Steps to Log In:
Enter your Company Name in the field labeled “Fill in the app code”.
Click on Next to proceed.
If you don’t have the code:
Click on “Don’t have the code? Click here”.
Follow the instructions to retrieve your code via email or company administrator.
For First-Time Users
If you are new to 2BeLive:
Go to your invitation email received from 2BeLive.
Click on the link provided in the email to register and access the app.
Didn’t receive the invitation email?
Click on “Didn’t receive the email? Click here” to resend it.
If you already have an account, use your email and password to login.

New user, just create an account

The navigation bar at the bottom includes the following icons:

Screen Overview:
After you log in you can view your sessions.
If no sessions are scheduled, the page will show “no sessions”.

Each card includes:
Session Title

Purpose: The Chat screen allows users to send and receive direct messages or group chats within the platform.
Screen Overview:
A Search (🔍) icon on the top-right helps find users or conversations quickly.
The ‘+’ (Add Chat) button at the bottom-right lets you start a new chat.
Steps to Start a Chat:
Click on the ‘+’ icon.
Select a user or group from your contact list.
Type your message and send it.
Once a message is received, it will appear in your chat list with a notification count.
Purpose: Helps users view all their scheduled sessions in a calendar format.

Click on a date to view all sessions scheduled for that day.
Select a session to view details or join it directly.


Purpose: The Learn screen allows users to explore educational or training content available on the platform.

A Filter ⚙️ icon to refine content and a Search 🔍 icon for quick lookup.
Each card includes:

Purpose: This section displays your session invitations and open sessions that are ready to join or manage.

The top section shows received invites or messages from ongoing sessions.

Purpose: The Profile screen allows users to manage their personal details, account preferences, language settings, notifications, and security options within the 2BeLive mobile application.

Access all your saved or previously used learning materials, documents, or session content.
Acts as a personal repository for resources shared in sessions or courses.
Change Company
Switch between different organizations if you are part of multiple institutions.
You will be prompted to enter the new company code or credentials.
Change Password
Update your account password securely.
Recommended for maintaining account security and privacy.
Language and Timezone
Customize the display language and set your preferred time zone for session scheduling and reminders.
Ensures all times reflect your local zone accurately.
Notification Settings
Manage push notifications and in-app alerts.
Turn on/off session reminders, chat notifications, or invite updates as per your preference.
Terms of Use and Privacy Policy
View the app’s terms of service and privacy policy.
Understand your rights, data usage, and consent policies.
Rate Us!
Share your feedback or rate the app on the app store.
Helps the 2BeLive team improve the user experience.
Logout
Securely sign out from the application.
Once logged out, you’ll need to re-enter your credentials to access your account again.
Delete Account
Permanently remove your company and associated data.
This action is irreversible - proceed only if you are sure you want to delete your company.
